Again, a hearty welcome to the Technical & Support Services website - your gateway to the speedy  creation of a support ticket or linking directly with a service provider and no risk of “somebody” forgetting about you!  


This website allows you to log service calls or to request the assistance of a service provider on the principle that you use the “call logging” facility to create a direct link between you and the service provider, thereby getting rid of the need to look for and to call the service provider. Should you live in a residential estate or have a unit in an office park, this will also enable you to deal directly with the service provider. Should your residential estate or office park be registered and the link appears in the Client Interface section, the managing agent or lessor will also be contacted.

How to use the website

Call Logging - use this section if you are not a registered user and / or your residential estate or office park is not listed in the Client Interface section. You will be called by the service provider.

Client Interface - use this section if your residential estate or office park is registered  and listed in this section. Select the appropriate estate or park and you will have the various service options available. If what you need is not available, it means that the estate or park is not registered for that particular service and you can then use the Call Logging section to request assistance.

If you have lost a manual pertaining to your alarm or gate motor manual you can download the manual of the more popular units in the User Manual section.

If you need a quote, you can call for a quote in the Quote section.
